We would like to inform you that some of the activities were adapted in open and safe areas to enjoy with complete peace of mind. Some of our services such as the spa, gym, theater and disco will be temporarily closed due to the health contingency.

We would like to provide an update with the latest safety and sanitation measures implemented by Marival® Resorts.

A special plan was put in place, focusing on specific actions that complied with official policies and procedures, including:

• Deep cleaning and disinfection of rooms and common areas; as well as kitchen and service areas.
• Mandatory quarantine and safety measures have been implemented for all our staff prior to returning to the resort.
• Common areas have been reorganized to practice safe social distancing.
• All our teams have received specific information about the updated procedures and will be provided constant updates on the operational protocols implemented.

We will continue to enforce WHO recommended safety and sanitization measures, including:

• Antibacterial gel dispensers available in both guest and employee areas.
• All handrails and doorknobs will be disinfected frequently throughout the day.
• Front desk, reception, restaurant and restaurant tables, and common areas will be regularly sanitized after each use.
• We will continue the use of ozone generators each time a room is vacated. This action ensures effective and high-quality cleaning for each room.
• Thorough hand washing and sanitation will be mandatory during our staff ́s shift.
• Our staff will be supervised and instructed to follow safety protocols before and after their lunch hours and before returning to their work areas.
• Activities in the kids and teens areas will be supervised by our entertainment team, following the standards of sanitation to guarantee their safety.

All these measures have been set in place to provide a relaxing and safe experience for all guests. With this in mind and for our mutual benefit we will continue to uphold the highest cleaning and sanitation procedures.
