• 3. Up to 3 kids from 0 to 12 years old stay free in Two-Three-Four Bedroom Residences, Two Bedroom Demi Pool, Two Bedroom Luxury Ocean View, Two Four Bedroom Penthouse,and Three Bedroom Villa. A minimum of one adult is required as long as it complies with the maximum and minimum occupancy policies. For occupancy purposes, teens over 13 years old will be considered adults in terms of allowed occupancies. The fourth child pays a valid adult rate.
