All Marival Distinct guests can access the facilities, activities, and restaurants of Marival Emotions Resort & Suites. We provide a shuttle
service between the two resorts for your convenience
Can I add special requests to my reservation?
Yes, you can make special requests with our Call Center agents by calling (800) 112 2617 or our Reservations Department by calling (800) 326 6600.
Special requests include clarifications regarding the arrangement and placement of beds within the rooms, location, view of the suites, early check-in,
late check-out, and information about whether our rooms are adapted for people with disabilities.

Can I bring my pet to Marival Distinct Luxury Residences?
Pets are not allowed on the premises for hygiene and safety reasons, except for service animals and emotional support animals. To bring your service
or support animal, at check-in, you must present your animal’s official identification accrediting it as such, along with the corresponding documents
to verify their good health. In addition, a daily room cleaning fee will apply.
What payment methods are accepted?
When making reservations online or through our Call Center, we accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards.
Are tips included?
No, tips are not included with the All-Inclusive plan.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am, with a one-hour grace period.
Is there an additional cost for requesting a crib?
No, requesting a crib does not incur any additional cost. However, cribs are subject to availability.
Do you have Villas adapted for people with disabilities?
Our Villas and Residences are not adapted for people with disabilities

What does the All-Inclusive Plan at Marival Distinct include?
Our All-Inclusive plan covers your residence or villa, food and drinks by the glass, activities, sports,
daily entertainment, and access to our exclusive Mozzamare Beach Club.
Can you swim at Marival Distinct´s beach?
Yes. Our beach, located in front of Mozzamare Beach Club, is a clean beach where you can swim and enjoy water activities such as kayaking and diving.
We do not have lifeguards, so entering the ocean is at your own risk.
How many pools does Marival Distinct have?
We have five pools. The main pool is next to the lobby and in front of our specialty restaurant Omaggio. There are ￼ two Demi Pools on the sides of the resort,
an infinity pool at our Mozzamare Beach Club, and another infinity pool at the area’s best rooftop venue: Insú Sky Bar.
Additionally, our Penthouses have a private pool on the top floor.

Yes! We have a daily program of activities and entertainment for you to enjoy your stay fully. Our activities include water sports, weekly tastings,
a Kids Club and Teens Club, and nightly shows for the whole family, among other surprises.

Yes; however, the restaurant hours may vary seasonally. We have restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Does Marival Distinct have a spa?
Yes. At Marival Distinct, you can enjoy the services of Mélange World Spa. This is a space inspired by various nations worldwide and
the contributions each has made to the field of well-being. The cabins are themed according to the treatment and the country it was created,
making our visitors feel like they are in these far-away destinations.
How can I book a spa treatment?

What is the dress code for specialty restaurants?
The dress code for Marival Distinct´s restaurants is casual-formal. No beachwear or sportswear, no sleeveless shirts for men, no beach sandals,
water shoes, or hats. Men’s leather dress sandals are accepted.
*The dress code does not apply to children.
Do you offer day passes?
Yes, we offer three types of passes at an additional cost:
Day Pass: Provides access to our facilities, restaurants, activities, and events from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Night Pass: Provides access to our facilities, restaurants, activities, and events from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am.
Full Day Pass: Provides access to our facilities, restaurants, activities, and events from 10:00 am to 12:00 am.
Are laundry and dry-cleaning services available?
Yes, each residence is equipped with a laundry center. Dry-cleaning services are available at an additional cost.
Is there an ATM on-site or nearby?
Yes, we have an ATM at the resort. It is located in the basement, next to the elevator.
*Please note that the ATM only dispenses dollars.
Is babysitting service available?
Yes, babysitting services are available with an additional charge. For information on current rates or to schedule services, please contact Concierge
at Ext 8000 / 8001 at least 24 hours in advance.
Is there a currency exchange service?
Yes, you can exchange American dollars, Canadian dollars, and Euros at the Front Desk (we do not accept checks). Due to current tax laws in Mexico,
you must present your passport, migratory form, and other documentation to complete this process. The law has also set limits on the amounts.
Do you have a vegetarian, gluten-free, and/or vegan menu?
We have vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan options at our restaurants. If you need a specific dish, any of our chefs can assist you.
This is my first trip to Mexico. Is it safe to drink tap water?
Marival Distinct Luxury Residences does not have a water purification system, so tap water is not potable, and you should avoid drinking it.
However, tap water is safe for bathing and brushing your teeth.

The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz Airport, located in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. It’s about 21 minutes by car from Marival Distinct.
