Terms and conditions

1. Promotion valid from now to January 4, 2025, for travel before January 4, 2025, at Marival Distinct Luxury Residences & World Spa.
2. Up to 3 kids from 0 to 12 years old stay free in Two-Three-Four Bedroom Residences*, Two Bedroom Demi Pool, Two Bedroom Luxury Ocean View, Two Four Bedroom Penthouse,and Three Bedroom Villa. A minimum of one adult is required as long as it complies with the maximum and minimum occupancy policies. For occupancy purposes, teens over 13 years old will be considered adults in terms of allowed occupancies. The fourth child pays a valid adult rate.
3. The free upgrade is valid from a One- or two-bedroom residence to a luxury ocean view of either one or two bedrooms, respectively. Valid for reservations made between now and April 6, 2024, and travel dates between March 22, 2024, and April 7, 2024.
4. The Gift Card is valid for reservations made between now and April 6, 2024, and travel dates between March 22, 2024, and April 30, 2024, with a minimum length of stay of three nights.
5. Resort Credit of $300 USD, distributed as follows: Melange World Spa Couple´s Massage $75 USD (prior reservation), Cabana rental at Mozzamare $30 USD, Special couple´s dinner at the beach $30 USD (with premium champagne bottle), Nicksan $25 USD (applies with a minimum $75 USD purchase), Lobster $25 USD (applies with a minimum purchase of two lobsters), bottle of wine in restaurants $20 USD (applies with a minimum $35 USD purchase), Dstock $15 USD (with a minimum $30 USD purchase), Tour $40 USD (a minimum purchase of 2 tours), and Champagne bottles $40 USD (minimum 2 bottles). Valid for minimum stays of 3 nights. Not combinable with other promotions. Only one coupon per room/suite valid per stay, non-transferable. Not redeemable for cash. If the total purchase is less than the value of the Resort Credit coupons, the balance cannot be credited for further purchases nor returned in cash. Cannot be used for any other service not specified on the Resort Credit coupon. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
