Cancellation policy

We are aware that the current situation has affected the vacation plans of our mutual clients. With Marival® Resorts, have peace of mind when booking or making any changes to your current reservation. We have updated our change and cancellation policy, providing you total flexibility during this period:

• Reservations with stays until December 23rd, 2020, can be changed or canceled, without penalty, up to 24 hours before the arrival date. After this period, a charge for the full stay applies.
• Reservations with stays from December 29th, 2020 to January 5th, 2021, can be changed or canceled, without penalty, up to 4 days before the arrival date.

*Please note that if you cancel your reservation outside these dates, it will be subject to the Cancellation Policies according to your contract.

If you need to modify your reservation and it was made directly with us, please contact us at our Toll-free number 1 888 270 4984. If you made your reservation through a travel agency or website, please contact the agency directly. If your flight was changed or canceled, contact us, we are sure we can offer an option for you.

Groups Reservations (10 rooms or more):

• All group reservations with stays until December 23rd, 2020, may be changed or canceled, with no penalty, up to 14 days prior to arrival date; one-night charge per room from 7 to 13 days prior to arrival date; two-night ́s charge per room from 4 to 6 days prior to arrival date; and a full charge per room 3 days, or less, prior to arrival date.
